We provide mold options up to Class 101 for any type of product. From mold assemblies to mold inserts and even replacement parts, Arc provides anything you might need for your injection molding production.

Mold Assembly
First and foremost is a complete mold assembly. The mold is designed, manufactured, tested, and the first article is delivered to verify it meets your requirements. Using high precision subtractive processes your mold will be manufactured, delivered, and ready to run within six weeks of order placement.
Mold Inserts
Another option we offer is mold inserts. If you have an existing mold base which needs new or replacement inserts, we can have those designed and manufactured with ease. We use high quality steel and extensive testing to provide clean parts and longevity in production.
Mold Parts & Components
We also manufacture replacement mold components for when your parts start to wear past usability. Our molds use interchangeable components providing repeatability across multiple cavities as well as ease in servicing when your mold requires maintenance.
